If you are being sponsored by your employer or other third party please bring a letter of guarantee signed by your sponsor to your first appointment with a Consultant. The letter should outline the scope of cover being paid for on your behalf e.g. consultations, investigations, surgery or provide a monetary limit. If this is not provided you will be regarded as a self paying patient and asked to settle the account at the time of treatment.
